We aim to provide a substantive response to submitted complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
Submitting a complaint does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
Article 13 – Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or wilful recklessness on the part of the business and does not affect any statutory liability that cannot be excluded.
Article 14 – Privacy
Consumers' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and our privacy policy.
Article 15 – Intellectual Property
All texts, product photographs taken by us and other original content on this website in which intellectual property rights exist are owned by Speelgoed en Verzamel or are lawfully used by us.
It is not permitted to copy, publish, distribute or otherwise use texts, photographs or other original content created by Speelgoed en Verzamel without prior written permission, unless permitted by law.
Article 16 – Applicable Law and Disputes
Agreements between Speelgoed en Verzamel and the consumer are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court, taking into account the statutory rules applicable to consumers.
Article 17 – Final Provision
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are found to be wholly or partially null and void or voidable at any time, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
In that case, the parties will endeavour to replace the relevant provision with a valid provision that corresponds as closely as possible to the purpose and substance of the original provision.
