The police boat: a striking subject

A police boat patrols where the police car cannot go: on the water. Harbours, rivers, lakes and coastal waters are guarded daily by specialised vessels of the water police. That special role makes the police boat a fascinating subject for lovers of emergency service vehicles. Where most models focus on the road, this model offers a surprising look at the maritime side of the police.

The world of the water police

The water police is an indispensable part of the police all over the world. Officers patrol inland waters with fast boats, keep watch over harbours and support rescue operations at sea. A police boat is recognisable by its striking look, so it can be seen from afar. For children, this model opens the door to exciting play scenarios on the water. For collectors, it is a subject that differs from the usual road vehicles and therefore stands out even more.

Emergency services in miniature

The manufacturer of this model built on a long tradition of emergency service vehicles. Miniature vehicles of police, fire brigade and ambulance formed a beloved theme for years that generations of children collected. This tradition has its origins in the era when small vehicles had to be affordable and sturdy so that children could play with them. Boats were a special addition: they introduced collectors to a side of the emergency services that is absent on the road.

Collectibility and appearance

This model stands out in a collection because of its special subject. Police boats are made less often than police cars, which makes a miniature version stand out even more. The model is easy to display on a shelf or in a cabinet and is also excellent to combine with other emergency service vehicles. This way you quickly build a complete fleet of police, fire and rescue services, creating your own world on the water.

A special gift

Because of its surprising subject, this model is a great gift for young and old. A child who loves police, boats or emergency service vehicles will get hours of play. A collector will find a striking addition to the collection. The police boat combines curiosity, play value and collectibility in one atmospheric model.
