Ee: a village with a short name

Ee is a small village in the municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân, located in the province of Friesland. With just three letters, it is one of the shortest village names in the Netherlands. The village has a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages and lies in a beautiful Frisian landscape of meadows, waterways, and typical Frisian village scenes.
